About the event
Wellness Workshop + Wim Hof Breath Work Class! Hosted by Devinne Whittaker of Devs Bevs! Starting by going over her wellness plan that covers loads of information from healthy eating, and juicing to daily habits and routines!
All guests will need a water bottle, yoga mat, and eye mask ( recommended but not required for breath work).
Each guest will receive juice samples and an invitation to come participate in an Ice Bath at the Anna Maria Island Community Center Every Wednesday!
Each guest will also receive an emailed version of Devinne’s wellness plan following the class!
The cost is 40$ per person, and can be paid on location before the class starts! Please RSVP by clicking the “Going” button on Facebook!
