Private 1-on-1 Breath & Ice Fundamentals

Service Description

This is an exciting and intimate way to learn the fundamentals needed for a daily breath practice and a regular Ice bath/cold plunge practice in the comfort of your own home, office, or at our studio location. The cost of this private class is $900, then $100 per additional person (up to 6 people). If you would prefer to have this class in a studio setting, there is a $300 studio fee. Payment in full must be received to reserve time.
