Private Breath and Ice Bath Session

Service Description

Have you already been to a Wim Hof Fundamentals and want to be lead through a breathing protocol and Ice Bath? This is an exciting and intimate way to experience both in the comfort of your own home, office, or at our studio location. This bespoke sessions costs $300, and then $50 per additional person. If you would prefer to have this class in a studio setting, there is a $150 studio fee. Wim Hof Fundamentals is a pre-requisite for these sessions. Payment in full must be received to reserve time.
