Private Group Breath & Ice Fundamentals

Service Description

This is an exciting and intimate way to learn the fundamentals needed for a daily breath practice and a regular Ice bath/cold plunge practice in the comfort of your own home, office or at our studio location. The cost of this bespoke class is $1500, which includes up to 10 people, and then $100 per additional person. If you would prefer to have this class in a studio setting there is an $450 studio fee. Payment in full must be received to reserve time.
